Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1-7 working days.
They are usually implemented within 24 hours.
In exceptional circumstances, lead times may be extended, we will inform you by email.

We try to send orders as quickly as possible and take individual requests into account.
Shipping of orders over £600 within Poland is FREE.

We ship orders to the following countries:
Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, Romania, Belgium, the Czech Republic.
International postage cost: 30zł
Shipment is sent via DPD courier service or Poczta Polska (Polish Postal Service)
Orders of a minimum value of PLN 359, containing only products from the regular collection - swimwear (not applicable to accessories such as elastics or headbands), are accompanied by a Cotton Sack at a promotional price of PLN 0.01 (added in the shopping cart with the possibility of cancellation). The promotion does not apply to products on sale.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to withdraw from the sales contract.
- When returning a partial order, the cotton bag stays with you.
- When returning an order in its entirety, please return the Cotton Bag together with the products.
- If the Cotton Sack is not returned, the refund amount will be reduced by its regular value - £28.99.
1. Complete the withdrawal form (if you are unable to print the form, please write it by hand using the template attached below. Remember to include all the information).
2. Pack the items you wish to return.
If you are returning all the products from your order, please enclose a withdrawal form with your parcel and Cotton protective garment bag with logo KORNELIA RATAJ - as long as it is enclosed with the order (applies to orders containing products from the regular swimwear collection). Products must be adequately protected for transport.
In the case of returning the entire order, failure to return the cotton bag will result in the return amount being reduced by its regular value of £28.99.
3. Send your parcel via Convenient Returns.
Go to page CONVENIENT RETURNS, where you will send your parcel. You will receive a return code or shipping documents. You can send your parcel at a parcel locker or other courier points.
4. Wait for your refund.
We will refund your money within 14 days of receiving the return. The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the purchase. If you chose cash on delivery, please remember to enter your account number in the withdrawal form.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING RETURNS:
I. All products may be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt of the shipment, by post to the address indicated at the bottom of the page.
II. The courier envelope in which you receive your order has a double adhesive strip and can be used to return the order.
III. The customer shall bear the costs of returning the goods.
IV. Several orders may be returned in one shipment. Please attach a separate list to each returned order. return form.
V. The returned product must not show any signs of use:
– Stains, dust, odours, washing;
– Damage;
– In the case of returning goods from the swimwear collection, the product must have intact adhesive plastic protective insert.
VI. We do not send e-mail notifications informing you that we have received your return shipment – please keep the parcel tracking number.
VII. We will refund your payment within 14 days of accepting the return.
VIII. The form of refund will be the same as the form of payment made.
IX. If the return is rejected (due to damage to the product, soiling, signs of use, washing or return after the statutory deadline), we will send information about the rejection of the product return to the e-mail address provided in the order.
X. Within 7 working days, the product will be returned to the specified return address after the customer has paid the shipping costs to the bank account specified in the e-mail.
XI. We do not accept returns sent cash on delivery or delivered in person.
XII. Products purchased in our online shop cannot be returned to brick-and-mortar shops where our products are available.
