We endeavour to dispatch orders as quickly as possible and take individual requests into consideration.
Shipping for orders exceeding PLN 300 within Poland is FREE.

We ship orders to the following countries:
Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, Romania, Belgium, the Czech Republic.
International shipping cost: PLN 30*
*Shipping cost to the United Kingdom: PLN 50
We ship parcels via DPD courier service or Polish Post.
KR COTTON SACKS are only included with orders from the SWIMWEAR collection at regular price (one order – one bag). The bags are not included with SWIMWEAR accessories, i.e. HEADBAND and SCRUNCHIE.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to withdraw from the sales contract.
1. Complete the withdrawal form (if you are unable to print the form, please write it by hand using the template attached below. Remember to include all the information).
2. Pack the items you wish to return.
If you are returning all products from your order, please include the withdrawal form and a cotton bag (if returning all SWIMWEAR products). Secure the products well for transport. If the cotton sack bag included with the order is not returned, a fee of PLN 19 will be deducted from the refund amount..
3. Send your parcel via Convenient Returns.
Go to page CONVENIENT RETURNS, where you will send your parcel. You will receive a return code or shipping documents. You can send your parcel at a parcel locker or other courier points.
4. Wait for your refund.
We will refund your money within 14 days of receiving the return. The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the purchase. If you chose cash on delivery, please remember to enter your account number in the withdrawal form.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING RETURNS:
I. All products may be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt of the shipment, by post to the address indicated at the bottom of the page.
II. The courier envelope in which you receive your order has a double adhesive strip and can be used to return the order.
III. The customer shall bear the costs of returning the goods.
IV. Several orders may be returned in one shipment. Please attach a separate list to each returned order. return form.
V. The returned product must not show any signs of use:
– Stains, dust, odours, washing;
– Damage;
– In the case of returning goods from the swimwear collection, the product must have intact adhesive plastic protective insert.
VI. We do not send e-mail notifications informing you that we have received your return shipment – please keep the parcel tracking number.
VII. We will refund your payment within 14 days of accepting the return.
VIII. The form of refund will be the same as the form of payment made.
IX. If the return is rejected (due to damage to the product, soiling, signs of use, washing or return after the statutory deadline), we will send information about the rejection of the product return to the e-mail address provided in the order.
X. Within 7 working days, the product will be returned to the specified return address after the customer has paid the shipping costs to the bank account specified in the e-mail.
XI. We do not accept returns sent cash on delivery or delivered in person.
XII. Products purchased in our online shop cannot be returned to brick-and-mortar shops where our products are available.
