When will we dispatch your order?

We dispatch orders within 1–7 working days of the payment being credited to our account. We process most orders within 24 hours.

In exceptional circumstances, the processing time may be longer – we will let you know by email.

How do I make a return?

You have 14 days from receipt of the parcel to withdraw from the contract and return the goods – without giving a reason.

Step-by-step refund

Do you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, in order to withdraw from the contract. You do not need to give a reason for the return.
1. Report a return
Please let us know about your return within 14 days of receiving your order.
You can:
– use the service Convenient Returns,
– send a notice of withdrawal from the contract, e.g. by email to the address [email protected],
– make use of another method of withdrawing from the contract as provided for in the Terms and Conditions.
You do not need to use a pre-printed withdrawal form or enclose one with your parcel.
2. Prepare your parcel
– Secure the returned products for transport.
– if the following was included with the order Cotton protective bag featuring the KORNELIA RATAJ logo, check below to see whether you should return it along with the other items.
– you can reuse the courier envelope in which you received your order – has a second adhesive strip designed to be resealed.
3. Return the products
You can post your return:
– by Convenient Returns,
– on your own, using any carrier.
Once you have submitted a return via Wygodne Zwroty, you will receive the information you need to post the parcel.
Please return the products within 14 days of the date on which you withdraw from the contract. All you need to do is post your parcel before this deadline.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, in accordance with the price list of the chosen carrier.
4. Refunds
We will process the refund without delay, and no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal from the contract.
Once we have received the parcel, we will check the condition of the returned items.
We will refund the money using the same payment method as the one used at the time of purchase.
In the case of an order cash on delivery Please provide your bank account number.

Important information

– You can return it products from several orders in a single parcel – please ensure that we are able to identify individual orders.
– Save consignment number or proof of dispatch until the return process is complete.
– The consumer is responsible for a reduction in the value of the product, if he used it in a manner going beyond what is necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics and functioning.
– In the case of dirt, signs of wear and tear, washing, damage, strong odours or other circumstances resulting in a reduction in the value of the product, the refund amount may be reduced accordingly, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
– We do not accept return parcels sent on a cash-on-delivery basis.
– Products purchased from the online shop They cannot be returned at high-street shops which stock KORNELIA RATAJ products.

Cotton protective bag

For every order containing at least one product from the regular swimwear collection We include a free cotton protective bag featuring the KORNELIA RATAJ logo. This offer does not apply to accessories or discounted items.
– Are you returning part of your order and keeping at least one swimsuit from the regular SWIMWEAR collection? You get to keep the bag.
– Do you accept returns on all items from the regular SWIMWEAR collection? Please return the bag together with the items you are returning.
– The bag is not included with products in the sale with a discount of -40% or higher.
