International shipping cost: PLN 30* by DPD courier company or Polish Post.
*Shipping cost to UK: PLN 50 by DPD

KR COTTON SACKS are only included with orders from the SWIMWEAR collection at the regular price (one order – one sack). Sacks are not included with SWIMWEAR accessories, i.e. HEADBAND and SCRUNCHIE.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw from the sales agreement.
1. Fill in the withdrawal form (if you cannot print the form, write it by hand based on the file attached below. Remember to include all the information).
2. Pack the products you wish to return.
If you are returning all the products from your order, enclose the proof of purchase (receipt), the withdrawal form and the cotton sack (if you are returning all SWIMWEAR products). Secure the products well for shipping. If the kr cotton sack attached to the order is not sent back, a charge of PLN 19 will be deducted from the amount to be returned..
3. Ship your parcel via “Wygodne Zwroty”.
Go to the WYGODNE ZWROTY website where you can send your parcel. You will receive a return code or shipping documents. You can send your parcel via a parcel pick-up station or other courier services.
4. Wait for your refund.
We will refund your money within 14 days of receiving your return. The refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used during the purchase. If you have chosen to pay by cash on delivery, remember to include your account number on the withdrawal form.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON RETURNS:
I. All products may be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, by post to the address indicated at the bottom of the page.
II. The courier envelope in which you receive your order has a double sticky strip and can be used to return your order.
III. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.
IV. You can return several orders in one shipment. Please enclose a separately written return form with each returned order.
V. The returned product cannot have any signs of use:
– Soiling, dust, odours, signs of washing;
– Damage;
– For swimwear returns, the product must have the protective foil pantyliner intact..
VI. We do not send email notifications about the receipt of the return parcel – please keep the tracking number of the parcel.
VII. We will refund your payment within 14 days of accepting the return.
VIII. The form of refund will be the same as the form of payment made.
IX. If the return is not accepted (because the product is damaged, dirty, shows signs of use or washing or is sent back after the statutory deadline), we will inform you by e-mail to the address indicated in the order that the product is not accepted for return.
X. The product will be sent back to the indicated return address within 7 working days after the customer has paid the shipping costs to the bank account indicated in the e-mail.
XI. We do not accept returns sent by cash on delivery or delivered in person.
XII. Products purchased from our online shop cannot be returned to stationary shops where our products are available.
