Terms and conditions of the „Next stop: sunshine” competition - Instagram 

• 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The organiser of the competition is Kornelia Rataj-Zielińska conducting business activity under the name „KORNELIA RATAJ Kornelia Rataj-Zielińska”, Czernica 49, 58-521 Jeżów Sudecki, registered in the Central Register of Business Activity and Information, NIP: 6112765952 („Organiser”). 

1. The competition takes place exclusively on the brand's official profile @korneliarataj on Instagram. 

1. The competition is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram. Instagram is not responsible for the running of the competition and entrants indemnify Instagram against any claims relating to the competition. 

• 2. RULES FOR PARTICIPATION

1. The competition runs from 10.04.2026 to 13.04.2026. 

1. Participation in the competition is open to any person of legal age residing in Poland. 

1. To participate in the competition, you must:
   (a) follow @korneliarataj's profile on Instagram,
   b) add a comment under the competition post, answering the competition question about this year's brand campaign destination,
   (c) optionally indicate in a comment the person with whom the participant would like to go to this place.  

1. The organiser will select 3 participants from among those who have fulfilled the conditions of participation in the competition and correctly indicate the destination of the brand's campaign. The creativity of the answers will be taken into account. 

1. Each participant may add any number of competition entries. Only one destination may be indicated per entry. 

• 3. AWARDS

1. Each of the 3 winners will receive a blind box set, chosen by the Organiser, containing 3 KORNELIA RATAJ brand products and a souvenir of the Organiser's trip. 

1. The prize is not exchangeable for cash or any other form of settlement. 

1. The value of a single prize does not exceed the amount exempt from personal income tax pursuant to Article 21(1)(68) of the PIT Act. 

1. Winners will be announced on 14.04.2026 in the description of the roll published on @korneliarataj's profile. 

• 4. COPYRIGHT AND IMAGE

1. The entrant agrees that the Organiser may use the content they publish as part of the competition for brand promotional purposes, including social media, newsletter and website.  

1. The participant declares that he/she owns the rights to the published content and that it does not infringe the rights of third parties.  

1. By entering the competition, you accept these terms and conditions as well as the privacy policy available on the page in the Terms and Conditions - https://korneliarataj.com/regulamin/ in section 12 on personal data.  

1. By participating in the competition, the participant grants the Organiser a free, non-exclusive licence to use the published content, in particular comments, in the following fields of exploitation:
   (a) publication on the Organiser's Instagram profile,
   b) publication on the Organiser's website (www.korneliarataj.com),
   c) to be used in the Organiser's promotional materials related to the competition. 

The licence is granted for the duration of the competition and the period necessary to promote its results, without territorial restrictions. 

1. The participant agrees to the free use and publication of his/her image contained in the content published in connection with the participation in the competition for purposes related to the organisation, conduct and promotion of the competition, including on the Organiser's Instagram profile and website www.korneliarataj.com. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending an appropriate statement to the Organiser.  

• 5. FINAL PROVISIONS

1. The organiser reserves the right to change the rules of the competition or to discontinue it for valid reasons.
