Terms and conditions of the "Summer with KORNELIARATAJ - win an e-voucher worth £1,000!" competition. - Instagram

§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. the Organiser of the competition is Kornelia Rataj-Zielińska running a business under the name "KORNELIA RATAJ Kornelia Rataj-Zielińska", Czernica 49, 58-521 Jeżów Sudecki, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs CEiDG with NIP number: 6112765952 ("Organiser").
2 The competition takes place exclusively on the official brand profile @korneliarataj on Instagram.
3 The competition is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram. Instagram is not responsible for the running of the competition and entrants indemnify Instagram against any claims relating to the competition.

§2. PRINCIPLES OF PARTICIPATION

(1) The competition runs periodically each month, from the 1st to the last day of the month, starting from June 2025 until 31.08.2025, and each monthly edition constitutes a separate competition.
The participant of the competition may be any person of full age residing in Poland.
3 To participate in the competition, you must:
(a) follow @korneliarataj's profile on Instagram,
b) actively participate in the life of the profile by commenting on posts and rolls,
(c) share brand content in relationships,
d) publish your own testimonials, posts or reels featuring Kornelia Rataj branded products, tagging the profile @korneliarataj and adding the hashtag #korneliaratajsummervibe.
4 The organiser will select the 3 most engaged people each month. Both quantity and quality of interaction will be taken into account.

§3. AWARDS

1. each of the 3 winners will receive an e-voucher worth PLN 1,000 gross to be used in the online shop www.korneliarataj.com.
2 The e-voucher is not exchangeable for cash or other forms of settlement.
3 The e-voucher will be valid for 3 months from the date of receipt.
(4) The value of a single prize shall not exceed the amount exempt from personal income tax pursuant to Article 21(1)(68) of the PIT Act.
5 Winners will be announced by the 5th of the following month in the coverage (stories) on the @korneliarataj profile and notified via private message.

§4. COPYRIGHT AND IMAGE

1 The participant agrees that the Organiser may use their published content (with the tag @korneliarataj and hashtag #korneliaratajsummervibe) for brand promotional purposes, including social media, newsletter and website.
(2) The participant declares that he/she owns the rights to the published content and that it does not infringe the rights of third parties.
3. by entering the competition, you accept these terms and conditions as well as the privacy policy available on the website in the Terms and Conditions - https://korneliarataj.com/regulamin/ in point 12 concerning personal data .
4 The Participant, by participating in the competition, grants the Organiser a free, non-exclusive licence to use the submitted content (photos, descriptions) in the following fields of exploitation: publication on the Organiser's Instagram profile, publication on the Organiser's website (www.korneliarataj.com), in the promotional materials of the Organiser related to the competition. The licence is granted for the duration of the competition and the period necessary to promote its results, without territorial restrictions.
5. the Entrant agrees to the free use and publication of his/her image contained in the submitted materials for purposes related to the organisation, conduct and promotion of the competition, including on the Organiser's Instagram profile and website www.korneliarataj.com. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending an appropriate statement to the Organiser.

§5. FINAL PROVISIONS

(1) The organiser reserves the right to change the rules of the competition or to discontinue it for valid reasons.
